We are proud to announce our partnership for the second year with the Armed Forces Race Challenge for 2024.
Organised by a dedicated committee of volunteers representing all three Armed Services, alongside the administration of Fly Motorsport, the ARFC stands as a beacon for service personnel, veterans, and selected guests, including members of the UK Emergency Services. Since it began in 2006, originally known as the RAF MSA Race Challenge before rebranding in 2014, the ARFC has steadily grown into a prominent fixture within the 750 Motor Club’s array of race series.
Over the years, the AFRC has flourished, evolving into an official championship in 2017 with over 30 cars regularly filling its own grid. One of the distinguishing features of the AFRC is its paddock with a relaxed but professional atmosphere, with each of the Armed Services and drivers prepared to help each other out in a tight spot, but not detracting from the competitive edge.
Reading branch’s General Manager, Guy, looks forward to attending some AFRC rounds as he did last season not only to experience the effect for competitors of our partnership, but also to offer a point of contact for anyone interested in anything motorhome related he can help with.
The championship is contested over 5 race weekends, each consisting of 2x 20min races.
